There are so many things in the environment that contribute to the release of free radicals in our bodies; sitting in a car at a stop light breathing in carbon monoxide, even sleeping in a newly built house there are chemicals and glues emitting toxins, what we eat has a drastic effect on our bodies as well, etc. It is difficult to get around the toxins in our urban environment so it is good to let the body have a rest so it can do the cleansing work for you.

We offer single detox days out in nature that focus on healthy diet & lifestyle, exercise, relaxation, and cleansing. We also support longer periods of sustaining a cleansing diet. One of the most efficient and satisfying ways to cleanse is to just eat organic fruits and vegetables in their natural state. You can eat as much as you like and you are giving your body just what it needs - the nutrients to boost your system as well as the fiber which grabs hold of toxins in the intestines and expels them with your bowel movements. Simple raw living food is the best way to cleanse, gentle on the body, natural, very effective, and it is a feast - not a fast.
